Support Tab Link

What Is This For?

Within your account you have the option to alter the URL of your header navigation’s Support link. This can be changed to your web site’s Contact Us page or maybe to a forum that your web site hosts. This is a great way to redirect your sub accounts to your own support URL.

Getting Started

Step 1. With in the My Account page locate the sub section White Label. With in this section you can add a URL to the Support Tab Link. Make sure to use the full URL (http://domain/page.com/) then click the update button at the bottom of the page to save this change.

Result

Clicking on the Support link in the header’s navigation will now take the end user to your desired support page.
